<BR>ich hab den zylinder 170ccm von Athena in meine Sachs zx 125 eigebaut und jetzt läuft sie aber es tretet Kühlflüssigkeit aus an der Zündkerze aus.

<BR>Kann mir vielleicht einer einen konstruktiven Tipp geben?

Hallo, hat der Zylinder Kopf und Brennraum getrennt? D.h. das eine Dichtung im Bereich der Kerze ist? (Kenne mich leider mit dem Zylinder nicht aus) Dann würde ich sagen zerlegen und schaun ob die Dichtung richtig aufliegt und unbeschädigt ist. Falls das nicht getrennt sein sollte würde ich nach Gußfehlern, Rissen oder sowas ausschau halten. Kühlflüssigkeit aus der Kerze ist schon Merkwürdig.

<BR>a) wenns aus der Kerze tropft, is´se undicht und Du brauchst ne neue Kerze.
<BR>b) wenns noch wo anders tropft, wird irgendwas undicht sein. Event. Kopfdichtung, Riss in Kopf?
<BR>c) hol Dir ne RD, da tropft es nie aus den Kerzen.
