I have bought a part for my bike off Ralf Imiella from Sendenhorst, Germany.
 It is basically scrap metal and not the one he advertised. Typically he's not replying to
 my emails asking why he has sent me a bad part instead of the good one.

OK, thanks idefix. I guess it would be a warning to others not to buy off him more than
 anything else, although I don't want to say to much yet as there maybe a good reason why
 he hasn't contacted me. I just doubt there is though.
 
 Also, thanks mosche, I haven't rung him yet although I may just try it. It's a shame it doesn't
 have an address as I have his address then I'd definitely know if it's the same person.
 Having said that my German translator doesn't work over the phone 80).
 
 The bike part wasn't even alot of money, but I work hard for little money and I hate it
 when this sort of thing happens because it's hard to trust others when buying other things.
 
 Also mosche, I think I'm going to have to give up looking for the yamaha decal I need.
 How much would one of yours cost for the rear tailpiece, and would you send me the correct

Ok, this is the one he advertised on ebay. It is really good condition. I couldn't bid because
 I had a problem with my computer. It never sold, so if I had bid I would have got it for
 1 euro which I would have felt bad about anyway.
 So anyway I emailed him and he asked for an offer. I offered 20 euro including post (4 euro)
 He accepted this and that was that.

 This is the one he sent in the post...... not the same one I don't think. In fact it's
 just scrap metal.Believe me it looks better in the picture. Now I know it wasn't much money,
 but why did he accept my offer if he didn't want to sell it for that amount??????
 I think because I couldn't give him negative feedback on ebay it wouldn't matter.
 Thats what's annoyed me so much, and also the fact he's not replying to explain the situation.
