Second RD have got inside groove (Riefe) and i must new inlay
(Futter) buy. Or maybe i purchase new cylinders but 400ccm. So i
ask, is possible refine (ausschleifen) old cylinders to new size
"350=>400"?? (for example without filler?). Thanks for answer.
(ich sprAche deutsch,aber nur einbiBchen).
See you... maybe on road!

1)thanks for you response, but i have problem with choice. I want have zylinders 400(auch kolben fur 400), but I don't know, if them I must buy(zyl 400) new,or just cut old (350 zyl).I know, that i need new pistons - perhaps WISECO.

2) I don't know, what others components, for example piston rod and crankshaft? What next?

In our country, when i visit a shop, say me, that I must exchange nearly all!

Thanks experts!

Paul - they told you the truth. The RD400 cylinders won't fit straight.

My suggestions:

a) Just get ProX pistons with 66,5 mm - this will give you a 375 ccm for roundabout 300 ?. After this you can't rebore the cylinders so I'd use very old ones for this ...

b) You can get a crank with 3 mm more stroke from Marco Böhmer. Depending where you're located in Tschechia you should just take your engine in the car and visit him. He's located between Bayreuth and Hof, which is quite near the border ... but be prepared to bring a 850,- ? with you. Together with the pistons you'll have 396 ccm.
