Hallo

Thank´s a lot for the pictures and the instructions !!

Those carburetters are not for aircraft use-you should try to stay close to the road ;-)
Looks really good!

Hi gis,

what happend with the engine, whats going wrong?
On your site ich found this (far down):

http://www.rd-350.dk/gisling/motor/motor.htm

Did the rod not get enough oil?

I see this method of measurement at first time (13000rpm og 241km/t).
My TZR 250 have only 42,5 HP at rear wheel, on the "Dyno" it runs 242 KmH without up the wind. Look here:

On the foto the RD 350 have a boostbottle and original head. Did you modify it an than the motor gets a problem?

Hallo

Close the "Boysen-Ports" in the inlet with "J-B Weld" and then chek it again .

Hi Dan,
nice engine but less power for all your work.
It could be that the 40mm transferport hight is to small.
The stock hight are 43-44 mm. The 70Hp output were measured at the rear wheel
or as corrected Value (engine power)?
Best regards
wiba

I have created 2 engines this year, the one with 26 mm Carb, our standard cylinder head ..

The second with 32 mm Carb and cool head ..

I am almost what to Zeeltronic cdi is not really set up, or there is an error in the box.

I just ran it up the rpm and got
these figures:

1100: 17
2700: 21.8
4400: 30.4
7000: 25.7
8400: 23
9200: 21
10000: 17.6
11100: 13.5

Here is a photo:
[img] http://yamaha-rd.dk/forum1/phpBB2/userp ... e000_1.jpg [/ img]

And a movie so I could see deg v / rpm

It does not use the curve I have deployed ...
